We process paid applications on a first come, first serve basis.
In order to begin processing your application, the $35.00 per adult application fee must be paid in our office with exact change cash.
You will also need to provide income verification for the last 3 months, as well as photo IDs for all adults applying.

We require vet records: Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo
